How Sending Works
An Estismail campaign does not go out in one burst but the way a careful person would send it: first it tries, then speeds up, and if the provider is unhappy, it stops and waits. We do not limit the number of emails, every email in the campaign will be sent. Here is how it works and what follows for you: why the start is slow, when pauses happen, why each provider gets its own lane, and which servers the emails go out through.

Sending Speed: Test Batch and Ramp-Up Why a campaign starts with a test batch of 50 emails, how Estismail speeds up sending, and what sets the speed at each mailbox provider.
-
Pauses, Retries and Stopping a Campaign What Estismail does when a provider answers "spam" or asks you to send slower: pauses of 10, 30 and 120 minutes, a retry from a test batch, and a stop.
-
A Separate Lane for Each Mailbox Provider How Estismail splits a campaign by mailbox provider: Mail.ru, Gmail, Yandex and others each get their own test batch, speed and pauses.

Sending Servers and Public Servers How Estismail sends a campaign from several servers at once, which addresses emails reach providers from, and what happens to a bad address.
